LaFamilia at the White House
LaFamilia Foundation seeks to empower Latine investors and early stage Latine founders through differentiated programming that tackles the various components of network inequity. By equipping founders and VCs with structured programming and initiatives designed to democratize networks and capital sources historically out of reach for Latines, LFF has the potential to unlock American economic growth and catalyze a flywheel of better funded and equipped founders leading to a higher rate of successful exits, which in-turn lead to further investment into Latine founders.
Our programming and community initiatives include:
Stronger Together Groups: led by experienced founders designed to provide support, guidance, and accountability to help early stage founders achieve their goals
Capital Matching: Fundraising support to help founders reach their next milestones
LP/GP Dinners: 8 across the U.S. in 2025
VCFamilia Fellowship: For early career Latine VCs to accelerate their growth professionally in the space with financial modeling courses and mentorship
