La Familia at the White House
LaFamilia Foundation seeks to empower Latine investors and early stage Latine founders through differentiated programming that tackles the various components of network inequity. By equipping founders and VCs with structured programming and initiatives designed to democratize networks and capital sources historically out of reach for Latines, LFF has the potential to unlock American economic growth and catalyze a flywheel of better funded and equipped founders leading to a higher rate of successful exits, which in-turn lead to further investment into Latine founders.
To this end, our programming and community initiatives include:
Mastermind groups led by experienced founders designed to provide support, guidance, and accountability to help early stage founders achieve their goals
Fundraising support to help founders reach their next milestones
Revenue acceleration modules that equip founders with the tools, and strategies needed to scale their businesses
Capital matching and deal flow circles to increase capital flowing towards Latine founders
Curated dinners connecting emerging fund managers to LPs
Intimate LP <> GP Series events exclusively for our GP community to be able to connect to and chat with guest LPs
Breaking into VC programming to increase Latine representation in the venture capital industry
